OUR PROCESS
STEP 1: SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION
Whether we meet on zoom or in the studio, we can't wait to learn about your project, timeline, and the kinds of designs you love. We'll also review similar projects at different price levels along with their accompanying moodboards, materials, and pricing.
STEP 3: THE CURATED DESIGN
We'll spend the next 2 weeks developing a truly custom design that is unique to you and your home. We'll also schedule a studio visit where we will explore our curated collection of cabinetry, door styles, colorways, and unique functional hardware. These offerings are how we achieve the perfect combination of beauty and function.
STEP 5: PROJECT SUPPORT
With a dedicated Project Support Coordinator, we work with your contractor directly to answer questions and ensure that your kitchen installation runs smoothly. This helps minimize stress and time delays due to poor communication.
STEP 2: ENGAGE + GATHER
When you are ready to engage our services we ask for a design retainer based on the project scale. We'll then begin gathering measurements, whether from a visit to your home* or provided architectural plans.

STEP 4: REVISIONS + ORDER
Once all revisions are completed and your materials have been approved, we will send you a final contract. Upon receipt of your deposit we will finalize construction drawings and order your materials. A production timeline will be created and shared with both you and your contractor accordingly.
STEP 6: AFTERCARE
After your kitchen is complete, we will do a final visit and run through all of your kitchen's features, and guarantees. Then, after one year we will schedule a time to visit your home for a tune-up and address any questions or concerns you may have.
